Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, promotions, or high-demand product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We ship from Sydney and currently deliver to customers across Australia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia.

Any additional shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

As a general guide:

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
Express Shipping: 1–5 business days, where available

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If the parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you in following up with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items During Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assess the issue and assist you with a suitable solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
